Air Fried Cauliflower Vegan/Gluten Free
This air fried cauliflower is vegan and gluten free and is so delicious! It uses wholesome ingredients. I love the spice mixture mixed with gluten free buckwheat flour and dipped in some vegan buttermilk. The sauce is a slightly spicy tomato based glaze, slightly sweetened with maple syrup. Serve these at your next get together. Eat up!
A Tasty Healthy Appetizer
This is my forever go-to recipe. It is way better than the store bought frozen buffalo wings or buffalo cauliflower. Plus it is made with some gluten free wholesome ingredients. If you do not have buckwheat flour and you are not gluten sensitive, you can go ahead and use whole wheat flour if you’d like. It works the same. You can also omit the cayenne pepper. I love the spice it gives but these are equally delicious without it.
You can also bake these in the oven if you do not have an air fryer. Simply preheat the oven to 400 and bake the coated florets for 30 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven and coat with sauce. Return them to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
I am serving these with my delicious No Oil Ranch Dressing and some crisp celery. YUM!
